The breakfast at Loulou restaurant offered a pleasant setting, though the buffet could be improved to match the hotel's overall culinary excellence. What stood out was the attentive staff and the incredible amenities for families, which make this place a top choice for those traveling with kids. The spa facilities were generous in size, and the ski room service is arguably the best in the Alps, ensuring a smooth experience for winter sports enthusiasts. The unbeatable location right in the heart of the village made it easy to enjoy everything Val-d'Isère has to offer while being ski-in ski-out.

great amenities , but lacking casual dining options
The staff were friendly. The spa facilities were impressively large. The ski room service was unparalleled, offering seamless gear setup.
The dining options could benefit from a wider selection of casual comfort food.

The staff provided an excellent level of service, going above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs. The ski room service was well organized. The dining options, while varied, could use more selection for casual comfort food. The children's menu was somewhat limited, which left my kids wanting more options. Lastly, while the amenities were generally luxurious, the breakfast array lacked the variety to match the hotel's high standards.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, ski storage, and a fitness centre. I still remember how staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. I highly recommend requesting special orders for meals. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

We loved the amazing slopes view from our room, especially during the snowfall. Try to request a room with a slope view for an added thrill.

We were really surprised by the recent refurbishments at the hotel, especially in the lobby and restaurant. The ski in, ski out location is unbeatable, making it convenient for hitting the slopes. The service throughout our stay was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The food at the hotel was delicious, although slightly pricey. We did have a small issue with noise from a nearby bar, but the hotel quickly resolved it by upgrading us to a quieter room and even gave us a bottle of Bollinger as an apology. we had a great experience at Airelles Val D'Isere and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located right at the edge of the ski slopes, so we could hit the slopes as soon as we stepped out the door. The view of the Vanoise mountains was breathtaking and made us feel like we were on top of the world. Plus, we could easily walk into Val and explore the town, grab some snacks or souvenirs, all within a five-minute walk. And the old church added a cool historic vibe to the area.
The only thing we wished was different is that there could be more fun activities for young, party-going people like us. Don't get me wrong, the skiing was amazing and we had a blast, but it would have been even better if there were more late-night events or a hip bar at the hotel.

The rooms with views of the ski slopes were absolutely stunning! It was like waking up in a winter wonderland every morning. As a family who loves skiing, it was a dream come true.
Although it's a personal preference, we didn't enjoy the dark, rear-facing rooms as much. They looked directly into neighboring apartments, which didn't give us much privacy.

I always stay here. First time, staff helped me find my way. Perfect place with everything: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant. Coming back for city trip. No smoking, A/C.
